Land clearing, grading, excavation, and landscaping for farms, acreages, hunting land, and residential properties across Western Wisconsin.
What We Do
Lawn care, land clearing, grading, excavation, drainage, and landscaping — from half-acre yards to 40-acre hunting properties.
Brush clearing, tree removal, and stump grinding for new builds, fence lines, and overgrown properties. We bring the equipment that actually finishes the job.
Regrading for drainage fixes, driveways, building pads, and yard leveling. The base work that decides whether your project lasts ten years or ten months.
Utility trenches, basement dig-outs, driveway cuts, and small site prep with a real excavator — not a backhoe with a welding repair.
Sod, seed, mulch, beds, and full yard renovations. Hardscape and softscape, residential and commercial.
Drain tile, downspout lines, and yard drainage that actually moves water off your lawn — no more standing water after every rain.
Fix the grading and drainage issues that are killing your lawn. We diagnose the cause, not just the symptom.
Stop washouts before they hit your foundation or driveway. Practical fixes that hold up to Wisconsin winters.
Vacuum service and curbside leaf removal for properties with heavier leaf buildup. Fall cleanup season is short — book early.
Overgrown lots, fence lines, new build sites — full equipment to clear it, grind stumps, and haul debris.
Brush mulching on-site (you keep the chips as ground cover) and full debris haul-away when you need a clean slate.
M&M LandPro is a family-run outfit serving Mondovi, Eau Claire, and the rest of Western Wisconsin. We started with a skid steer and a dump truck and built up the equipment fleet to take on real jobs — land clearing for new builds, grading work that fixes drainage, excavation for driveways and utility lines, fall leaf cleanup with our vacuum truck, and full landscaping for properties that need more than a weekend with a rake. Free estimates on every job, residential or commercial.
